Snowy Couple (Created by Lisa Z.)

Hello High Hopes Fans!!!

Come join our monthly challenge...and you could be the next winner of two High Hopes Stamps of your choice.  The details for the December Challenge - Christmas/Winter theme can be found here

Happy Saturday Friends! With Christmas just around the corner, here's another card that may inspire you to make a few extra ones this year!

This is Snowy Couple (TT016) and Think Snow 2 Sentiment (HH006).  Such an adorable couple!!!

I started by colouring the image with Tombow Markers and water. After the image was all coloured and dry, I applied some Crystal Stickles on the snow covered ground.

The image was die cut using a Spellbinders Circle Die.  The pattern paper is from Echo Park-Christmas Cheer 6x6 Paper Pad, along with some SU red and green cardstock.  A SU corner punch was used with red cardstock for the top corners.  Some Garden Green ink (pad) was also used to apply some ink around the edges of the main image and sentiment.  The sentiment was embossed with black embossing powder.  Foam tape was applied to raise the main image and sentiment, to add a bit of dimension.  To complete this card, a few clear/crystal rhinestones were added on the photo corners, as well as, on the centre of the snowflake part of the sentiment.

Supplies Used:
Ink - Tombow Markers - 925, 990, 969, N15, 847, 228, 491, and 055..  Versamark Ink Pad, Black Embossing Powder, and SU Garden Green Ink Pad for sponging edges.

Misc - Crystal Stickles, Spellbinder - Circle Die, Clear Rhinestones, SU Corner Punch, Sponge Dauber, Water BrushFoam Tape, and Glue Dots.
